The 36th World Small Animal Veterinary Association World Congress The 3rd Federation of Asian Small Animal Veterinary Associations Congress

Dear Veterinary Colleagues,

We trust you are well after you returned from Jeju Island, Korea. We would like to extend our warmest gratitude to all of you for enthusiastic support and active participation in 2011WSAVA-FASAVA World Congress.

For the record of the congress, there were approximately 3,600 delegates from 50 countries and more than 100 speakers were invited and the scientific program featuring 250 lectures covering 35 streams was presented. In addition 72 companies and 136 booths joined 2011WSAVA-FASAVA exhibition.

We, the Korea Organizing Committee, had a wonderful and meaningful experience in preparing for the Congress and meeting you and so many veterinarians from all over the world. We are confident that the 2011 WSAVA-FASAVA World Congress has contributed to another leap forward of the veterinary clinics in and outside Korea. The veterinarians of the world must have shared vision as "one community". I hope all the participants have strengthened friendship, and made unforgettable memories and on this miraculous island of Jeju. In addition we have received wonderful compliments and some constructive comments from many participants and friends outside of Korea. We are also very thankful for these.

Once again, we wish to express our deepest appreciation to you for taking the time to be part of the congress and look forward to seeing you again in Birmingham, UK next year!
